About the Role

Digacore is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the adoption of AI and automation for both the company and its clients. This role involves scoping, assessing, and designing solutions and data pipelines, with engineers handling the build. The architect will work with clients and internal teams to understand current states, map future possibilities with AI, and guide engagements through delivery. The initial phase focuses on internal data and workflows before expanding to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Run client AI Readiness Assessments to identify value-add opportunities for AI and automation.
  • Build 30/60/90-day automation & AI roadmaps for client approval.
  • Architect solutions and pipeline structures, handing off builds to engineers and overseeing delivery.
  • Lead client enablement and training to advance their AI maturity.
  • Drive the internal-first phase by assessing and structuring Digacore's data and workflows.
  • Partner with leadership and clients to translate business problems into scoped solutions.
  • Define standards for assessing, architecting, and delivering AI and automation work.
  • Track and communicate the business and client impact of AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • A relentless AI-frontier researcher, continuously learning new models, tools, and patterns.
  • Ability to translate between non-technical stakeholders and data pipelines.
  • Genuine conviction about AI's potential and ability to influence skeptical clients.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and creating structure.
  • Strong data analysis skills, thinking in terms of workflow, process, and outcomes.
  • Proven track record in scoping and designing data, automation, or AI solutions (architecture and direction focus).
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to executives, leadership, and clients.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment such as an MSP or SaaS business.
