About the Role
The IT Support specialist will provide technical support to UHC staff as directed by CIO.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues logged by UHC staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve iPhone, Android, and Windows OS configuration, installation, and support.
- PC support and installation.
- Network device installation and support.
- Microsoft Office 365 administration.
- Remote Monitoring and Management of computing devices.
- Manage Wi-Fi Systems and Devices.
- Create and maintain AD user accounts.
Requirements
- One year of previous IT experience or a related degree or a combination of the above.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, written communication and collaborative skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
- Must be able to stand, bend and reach and lift up to 30lbs.
