About the Role

The IT Support specialist will provide technical support to UHC staff as directed by CIO.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues logged by UHC staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve iPhone, Android, and Windows OS configuration, installation, and support.
  • PC support and installation.
  • Network device installation and support.
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration.
  • Remote Monitoring and Management of computing devices.
  • Manage Wi-Fi Systems and Devices.
  • Create and maintain AD user accounts.

Requirements

  • One year of previous IT experience or a related degree or a combination of the above.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, written communication and collaborative skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
  • Must be able to stand, bend and reach and lift up to 30lbs.
