About the Role

Inclined is seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to drive our product roadmap. This role is designed for an early-career professional looking to build strong fundamentals in shipping high-quality software. You will partner with engineering and design to take products from concept to launch, owning day-to-day development and expanding the team's execution capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own feature development end-to-end from concept through launch
• Create product briefs and PRDs with clear requirements and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering and design to unblock issues and maintain development velocity
• Coordinate with operations, customer success, sales, and marketing for successful product launches
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis
• Develop dashboards and monitor KPIs to improve product outcomes
• Contribute across multiple business areas with potential for future ownership of a dedicated product area

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a product management role
• Experience working on complex product features with engineering and design teams
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and data fluency
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes
• Technical fluency to collaborate with senior engineering teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to grow as an individual contributor
