About the Role
Inclined is seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to drive our product roadmap. This role is designed for an early-career professional looking to build strong fundamentals in shipping high-quality software. You will partner with engineering and design to take products from concept to launch, owning day-to-day development and expanding the team's execution capacity.
Responsibilities
- Own feature development end-to-end from concept through launch
- Create product briefs and PRDs with clear requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering and design to unblock issues and maintain development velocity
- Coordinate with operations, customer success, sales, and marketing for successful product launches
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis
- Develop dashboards and monitor KPIs to improve product outcomes
- Contribute across multiple business areas with potential for future ownership of a dedicated product area
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a product management role
- Experience working on complex product features with engineering and design teams
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes
- Technical fluency to collaborate with senior engineering teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to grow as an individual contributor
