About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join our Product team, focusing on backend Python development, system design, and scalable deployment. You will work closely with our AI lead to enhance our voice and multi-channel communication technology while contributing to the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
• Build and contribute to frontend features using TypeScript and React.
• Improve voice pipeline performance and expand multi-channel communication capabilities.
• Implement and optimize real-time speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems.
• Contribute to multi-channel messaging systems including SMS, email, and voice.
• Execute complex refactoring and architecture projects to improve scalability and testability.
• Apply software development best practices including testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster technical growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python fundamentals.
• Experience with frontend development using TypeScript and React.
• Product-focused mindset with the ability to contribute to roadmap strategy.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale refactoring or architecture migration projects.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
