About the Role

SP+ is seeking safe, friendly Valet drivers to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, safely parking vehicles, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently.
• Proactively communicate with clients.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and document findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Maintain knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform throughout the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customer issues.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work special shifts including 2nd, 3rd, and weekends.
