About the Role

WM Dental Care is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our growing team in East Aurora, NY. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values comprehensive patient care, clinical autonomy, and the ability to practice dentistry at a high level in a modern, collaborative environment. With a steady flow of 45-50 new patients per month, a robust marketing team driving continued growth, and an established patient load ready for transition, you can focus on what you do best: delivering outstanding care and building lasting patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients regarding their comprehensive treatment options
• Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
• Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
• Provide exceptional dental care

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Current active New York dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong commitment to comprehensive patient care
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Skills

• Implant placement and restoration
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Denture and full-mouth rehabilitation experience
• Sedation dentistry experience

• Daily Guarantee: $850-$1,000 per day (DOE)
• 33% of Net Collections
• 100% Practice-Paid Lab Fees
• Experienced dentists providing comprehensive care, including implants, cosmetics, and advanced treatment, can expect to produce $9,000-$15,000+ per day.
