About the Role
The Key Holder collaborates with the store management team to supervise daily operations, set an energetic pace for visual and operational objectives, and drive sales through genuine customer connections.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand representative reflective of company values
- Lead by example in upholding a service culture and demonstrating extraordinary service
- Utilize customer feedback to improve interactions
- Deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using tools like MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup
- Facilitate an energized pace and positive service environment as a floor service leader
- Communicate daily sales goals and key metrics
- Teach and share product knowledge and brand messaging
- Exercise decision-making and multitasking while prioritizing service over tasks
- Participate in daily opening and closing office procedures and operational tasks
- Execute shipment processing, restocking, and product placement according to visual standards
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of omnichannel orders
- Adhere to safety standards, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention policies
- Contribute to an inclusive work environment by listening to others
- Support new hire onboarding and provide performance feedback to leadership
- Develop new skills and remain responsive to feedback
- Participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses
