About the Role

Content designers at Meta craft simple, straightforward, and human experiences by leveraging expertise in UX design, design thinking, and product strategy. You will design and deliver product flows, features, and content frameworks across mobile, desktop, AR/VR, and hardware platforms for a global user base.

Responsibilities

• Design, edit, and test clear in-product language including flows, interface text, and terminology.
• Apply systems thinking to define design system guidance, conduct audits, and create information architecture.
• Update language in code and review code to ensure intended user experience.
• Provide and solicit feedback across disciplines to improve product quality.
• Use Figma to illustrate ideas, create high-fidelity mocks, and build prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, marketing, and data science teams.
• Facilitate sprints and workshops to align teams on goals and solutions.
• Partner with internationalization teams to ensure global product quality.
• Lead product decisions, team direction, and strategy.
• Independently identify and drive projects spanning multiple teams.
• Build internal networks to provide mentorship and develop team skills.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in UX or Content Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating wireframes, design mocks, or prototypes used to drive solutions.
• Expertise in simplifying and communicating complex ideas to leadership.
• Familiarity with tools for managing and updating content at scale.
• Proven experience in design systems and systems thinking.
• Ability to identify and execute projects with minimal direction in ambiguous environments.
