About the Role
As a Pro Sales Associate at Behr, you will work within a Home Depot store to support professional painting contractors. You will build relationships with local pros, collaborate with outside sales representatives, and provide exceptional service by assisting with product selection, tinting, and order fulfillment to ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with professional painting contractors
- Collaborate with Behr outside sales representatives to fulfill contractor needs
- Assist customers with product selection, tinting, and gathering necessary tools
- Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce
- Work closely with Home Depot staff to maintain a professional and helpful partnership
- Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Work variable hours including weekends, holidays, and shifts until 7 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
