About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our Omni-channel communications platform. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team, translating requirements into actionable technical stories while ensuring the squad adheres to agile practices and delivers on the technical roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Omni-channel communications platform team to deliver a seamless and efficient communication process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and generate reports on product KPIs.
- Utilize data and customer feedback to continuously improve the digital communication experience.
- Manage the technology product backlog, define user stories, and set sprint goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
- Monitor and report on product performance to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure seamless operation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for business and technical processes.
- Lead the development and execution of a long-term platform strategy.
- Bring an innovative mindset to improving technology solutions and enablers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a project management, technical product owner, platform owner, engineer, or similar role.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with project tracking software (e.g., Jira).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Azure and AKS on Azure.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with DevOps principles and tools.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Skills
- Strong understanding of life insurance industry workflows and processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Experience with program and agile delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
