About the Role
This position supports client servicing and transfer agency operations within the AWMS client services department, focusing on investor and advisor services, transfer agency oversight, onboarding, and controls and enablement.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality shareholder servicing to stockholders and financial advisors.
- Answer inbound phone and written inquiries and resolve shareholder matters.
- Conduct outbound calls as needed.
- Provide pre-sale shareholder operational support.
- Process shareholder transactions including distributions, redemptions, statements, and tax reporting.
- Coordinate proxy voting procedures.
- Communicate with affiliated wholesaling broker-dealers.
- Assist with broader operations functions for the private equity firm as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to learn and utilize service provider technology systems.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with financial advisors and investors.
- Highly organized, conscientious, and dependable.
- Non-FINRA licensed position.
