About the Role
Launch Your Nursing Career in Dialysis. As an Acute RN with DaVita, you will be the dialysis expert in the hospital, working autonomously across the ICU, CCU, and ED, collaborating with hospital intensivists and rapid response teams to provide life-saving care for patients with acute and end-stage renal disease.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced inpatient therapies including Hemodialysis, CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), and Apheresis.
- Act as the subject matter expert while working alongside hospital multidisciplinary teams to adjust treatments and ensure top-tier quality outcomes.
- Rotate between premier hospital partners in the Columbus area and gain exposure to a variety of clinical units.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Active Ohio RN license (or eligible to sit for the NCLEX).
- A "team first" attitude, a passion for complex critical care, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.
