About the Role

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for reviewing, checking, and ensuring the quality of all products from raw material to finished goods, while ensuring adherence to cGMP regulations throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees follow cGMP rules in all manufacturing areas and the facility.
• Document and report any cGMP violations to the department Lead and QA Manager.
• Maintain a high-quality manufacturing environment by ensuring all quality aspects of the facility.
• Verify the accuracy of production records, including batch records, run sheets, destruction forms, and material reconciliations.
• Confirm the accuracy, integrity, and quantity of raw materials used in production batches.
• Inspect and release all production work areas and equipment before batch start-up and after cleaning.
• Conduct quality checks on in-process and finished products during production runs.
• Inspect all bulk products before packaging and shipping.
• Perform designated calibrations.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Quality Assurance department.
• Walk and stand throughout the day.
• Lift up to 30lbs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• AS degree in related sciences preferred.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or nutritional supplement industry is a plus.
• cGMP training is a plus.
• Good verbal, written, and communication skills are necessary.
