About the Role
As a Risk Consulting Financial Services Associate, you will work across five financial sectors, including Financial Institutions, Capital Markets, Insurance, Specialty Finance, and Asset Management. You will gain hands-on experience with ESG, digital assets, regulatory matters, and risk management while working directly with client management teams.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings and support consulting project execution
- Prepare and deliver reports on consulting services, including results and recommendations
- Travel to client locations to provide consulting services
- Complete client projects efficiently according to timelines and critical dates
- Analyze client information and document results using Microsoft Office tools
- Attend conferences, trainings, and meetings for professional development
Requirements
- B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Major in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Data & Analytics, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Ability to travel to client locations with reliable transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- High degree of integrity and professionalism
- CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred
- Must not require sponsorship now or in the future
