About the Role
The Field Talent Staff (FTS) program allows emerging Restaurant Leaders to leverage their expertise to train Team Members at new Chick-fil-A locations and provide operational support at various company assignments. This role focuses on developing leadership, training, and operational skills while collaborating with leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve on New Restaurant Opening (NRO) training teams
- Train new Team Members in Front of House (FOH), Drive-Thru, Back of House (BOH), and Prep
Requirements
- Complete FTS Program Application prior to applying for training events
- Pass a background check
- Currently employed at a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- Minimum of six months of employment at current location
- Obtain current employer's support before applying

- $21.50 per hour for assignments in Washington
