Responsibilities
- Set clear expectations for patient clinical progress
- Execute treatments as promised
- Provide patients with Home Exercise Programs and necessary documentation
- Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence
- Deliver 5-star customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure patient care and support
- Celebrate wins and learn from outcomes with patients and colleagues
Requirements
- License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New York
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master, or Bachelor of PT degree
- Ability to meet physical demand capacity consistent with industry norms
- Ability to lift 5-35 lbs routinely
- Ability to carry 5-10 lbs for 40-50 feet
- Ability to push 5-150 lbs on casters, runners, or pulleys
- Ability to sustain a grip of 40-50 lbs for 1-2 minutes
- Ability to guard a lift load of 120-140 lbs
