Responsibilities
- Attend on-site meetings at customer locations approximately twice per month.
- Attend virtual meetings.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Format and finalize minutes after meetings.
Requirements
- Must be open to travel.
- Must be located in Toronto or Mississauga.
- Must complete the Minute Taker Challenge on the company website.
- Must enroll in and successfully complete the self-guided Training Program.
- Must be a strong writer who is concise and attentive to detail.

Salary/Compensations
- Local in-person meetings: $106 per one-hour meeting, plus $20 per additional 30 minutes (rounded up). Rates increase for meetings exceeding four hours.
- Virtual meetings: $56 per one-hour meeting, plus $15 per additional 30 minutes (rounded up).
- Meetings requiring travel: Starting at $300, plus meals, local travel, airfare, and accommodation fully reimbursed. Compensation increases with travel event duration.
- Compensation is based on meeting duration and does not include time for formatting/finalizing minutes.
