About the Role
Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Associate who values teamwork, growth, and community. This role focuses on providing excellent service, managing transactions, and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Operate front-end scanning equipment and cash registers
- Process transactions including cash, checks, electronic payments, and coupons
- Bag merchandise efficiently
- Maintain security and cash drawer accuracy
- Adhere to legal guidelines for tobacco and alcohol sales
- Maintain knowledge of weekly ads and store promotions
- Perform general sanitation and cleaning duties
- Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to improve performance
- Assist in other departments as needed
Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
- High School Diploma or GED completed or in progress
- No prior experience required
