About the Role

NBAT2 is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Partnerships to manage day-to-day projects, coordinate stakeholders, and solve problems to ensure successful project outcomes and client partnership delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal project management for active sponsor partnerships from start to finish.
• Coordinate internal and external kickoff call processes, including KOC decks and recaps.
• Build and manage project timelines with all key stakeholders.
• Track deliverables, budgets, content and legal approvals, and final asset delivery.
• Own and lead day-to-day communications and updates between all parties.
• Monitor programs to ensure they meet agreed-upon KPIs and metrics.
• Build wrap reports per program, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Support the RFP process by updating pitches with relevant pre-sale activity.
• Assist in building timelines and pre-production documents for a smooth transition to production.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project or account management experience, ideally in sports, publishing, or digital advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading external partner calls and managing internal stakeholders.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (AirTable, Figma, SharePoint, Slack, Google Suite, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain complex timelines and hold cross-functional teams accountable.
