About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to increase productivity, decrease downtime, and reduce waste in a manufacturing operation.
- Assume an active role in plant and facilities-related work, assisting with all jobs on the plant floor.
- Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
- Maintain shop and shop equipment according to 5S Standards.
- Stack parts and lift product up to 50 lbs. for up to 12 hours.
- Work the overnight shift from 11pm to 7am.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
- Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to work overtime up to 12 hours per day and multiple Saturdays per year.
- Ability to sit, stoop, and bend.
- Must be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to read and write basic English instructions.
- Must demonstrate 6+ months of continuous previous employment.
- Must have a good attendance record.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Salary/Compensations
- $26.32 per hour
- Annual Bonus – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
