About the Role
This role is central to the Client Services team within the Property Claims division, focusing on ensuring customers derive maximum value from SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with Implementation Managers, Account Managers, and Product teams to configure solutions, manage day-to-day queries, and resolve complex technical challenges.
