About the Role

The Branch Operations Manager supports the Branch Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies within a Sherwin-Williams commercial paint store. This role oversees customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and store safety, while also assisting in staff supervision and training, and generating sales leads through customer outreach.
