About the Role

The Inns of Aurora is seeking candidates for the Outdoor Adventure Attendant position. This role involves assisting guests with outdoor amenities and ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests seeking outdoor amenities like bikes, watercraft, and lawn games.
• Present guests with liability waivers for signature.
• Review basic safety guidelines for bicycles and watercraft.
• Sanitize paddles, PFDs, and chairs.
• Sanitize and inspect bicycles, lawn games, easels, and other guest amenities.
• Organize seating in outdoor activity gathering areas.
• Pick up refuse from around outdoor activity gathering areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work early morning or early evening shifts.
• Must be able to learn and exemplify core company values: Courage, Initiative, Dependability, Flexibility, Integrity, Judgment, and Respect for others.

Skills

• Watercraft experience preferred
• Customer Service experience preferred
