About the Role
The Product Analyst supports deposit product and pricing initiatives to advance enterprise goals and roadmap. This role involves developing and delivering reporting, testing product changes, project management for new product rollouts, and analyzing product performance and profitability. The Product Analyst will contribute to executing the business strategy, including production expectations, performance, profitability, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support development of new products, modification of existing products, and integrated project launch plans via testing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ensure product initiatives achieve growth plans and meet annual profitability targets through accurate and timely analyses.
- Review and report on the financial impact of new product development, pricing strategies, new program launches, and customer segmentation.
- Support the development of product activity Dashboards and perform analytical product summaries.
- Provide statistical support for the development and design of new products, reports, and marketing programs to improve EPS.
- Maximize product profitability and EPS by supporting the maintenance of competitive and profitable product suites.
- Assist in the development of a competitive marketing database, including rates and marketing programs.
- Participate in forecasting, performance measurement and monitoring, and client experience impacts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Data, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 1+ years of general banking experience.
- Able to regularly sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Able to travel within the corporate footprint: occasionally.
- Extensive computer usage is required.
Skills
- Analytical ability to interpret data and present it in a meaningful and easily understood form.
- Work extensively with spreadsheets to analyze financial data, predict future costs, revenue and profitability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to support fellow team members to achieve their goals.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience managing business initiatives across groups.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
- Knowledge of bank products and services, including digital banking features and technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to learn and utilize new and existing banking software applications.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and share ideas to achieve company-wide results.
