About the Role
You will join a team building the automation and data infrastructure for our GTM motion. You will own systems across the full pipeline, including data acquisition, enrichment, and the signal and automation layer that drives outreach and pipeline for the GTM organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the outbound automation stack including signal-triggered outreach, lead handoff, and multi-channel orchestration
- Manage the full pipeline including ICP, buying-signal data, enrichment, and relevancy scoring
- Develop internal tools for the GTM organization
- Continuously test new tools and data sources to increase velocity
- Measure performance metrics including meetings influenced, pipeline sourced, and hours saved
- Monitor automation performance regarding coverage, data freshness, and deliverability
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in GTM engineering or GTM automation
- 2+ years of experience in product management, demand generation, or data-focused roles
- Proficiency in building with and integrating APIs
- Daily, practical use of Claude Code or comparable agentic/LLM tooling
- Proven track record of automating manual GTM processes and shipping functional tools
