About the Role
Create distinct and compelling content to enhance J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's digital presence on Chase.com's "The Know" and JPMorgan.com's "Perspectives." This role involves writing and editing investing, personal finance, and market commentary content, leading editorial projects, and applying performance insights to deliver high-quality, timely, and compliant content.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with content leads to create educational articles for clients and prospects.
- Write original investing and personal finance content tailored for digital audiences.
- Edit and refine articles to ensure clarity, accuracy, voice, and brand consistency.
- Partner with freelancers and in-house subject matter experts to develop copy across formats.
- Produce content for web articles, emails, newsletters, and related campaign placements.
- Coordinate with thought leaders, specialists, and business/product stakeholders to shape narratives.
- Leverage existing materials from across J.P. Morgan lines of business to inform new content.
- Own KPI tracking and progress monitoring for assigned content workstreams.
- Report performance results with support from data & analytics partners to inform decisions.
- Establish editorial best practices for freelancers, including style and training materials.
- Manage multiple strategic content initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Possess 6+ years of digital writing/editing experience in media or financial services environments.
- Demonstrate subject-matter strength across investing, trading, retirement, and wealth management topics.
- Apply strong storytelling skills to make complex financial concepts approachable and engaging.
- Operate with high organization and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Use data and analytics platforms to make performance-informed editorial decisions.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including presenting information professionally.
