Housing Visions is growing and seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining our properties and ensuring a safe, functional environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and upkeep of property
• Maintain safe and organized work environment
• Order materials for assigned work
• Diagnose, repair, and replace building systems including HVAC, electrical, septic, fixtures, and appliances
• Perform inspections
• Complete janitorial tasks
• Handle property turnovers
• Maintain grounds
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license

• $21-$24/hr
