About the Role

Housing Visions is growing and seeking dedicated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Marketing, leasing units, and collecting rents
• Meeting tenant needs
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and Housing Visions policies
• Managing cash flow and property budgets
• Handling delinquencies and evictions
• Processing lease renewals and income verifications
• Conducting audits and inspections
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Utica, NY

• Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 2:00pm

Salary/Compensations

• $19-$22/hr
