About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support operational workflows and execute processes, helping Thatch’s Operations team scale. This role focuses on execution within a key operations function, supporting operational OKRs and daily queue management, with a critical focus on the reconciliation of our payment infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Execute and assist with payment reconciliation, including systems matching, monitoring automated tools, and resolving discrepancies.
- Support daily operational workflows by managing the task pipeline and ensuring timely completion of operational tasks.
- Contribute to improvements in enrollment and payment infrastructure by testing new features, documenting workflows, and collaborating with engineering/product teams.
- Assist with escalations from the Support team and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of operations, consulting, or related experience at a high-growth startup or professional services firm.
- Track record of building project teams or launching new products/initiatives.
- Experience creating effective operational processes in ambiguous environments and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in health insurance or benefits.
- Experience with process improvements with measurable results.
