About the Role
Pacific Fertility Center is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Lab Assistant, contributing to our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate fertility care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, label, and organize laboratory specimens, media, and equipment according to protocols.
- Assist embryologists and laboratory staff with routine procedures.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and well-stocked work environment.
- Perform equipment cleaning, maintenance, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and order laboratory supplies.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, logs, and patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
- Adhere to infection control and quality assurance protocols.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science or Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience with data entry.
- 2 years of prior experience in healthcare is preferred.
