About the Role
Provide professional support to customers and work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone
- Ensure all customers are greeted and offered assistance
- Handle customer queries courteously and efficiently
- Identify customer needs through interaction and take appropriate action
- Establish and maintain excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping in accordance with company guidelines
