About the Role

Provide management support to the Garden Centre team with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and assisting the Garden Centre Manager in achieving business success.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and actively participate in delivering business goals

  • Train and motivate retail teams to maximise sales
