About the Role

Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Beaker application team, leveraging expertise in Epic Beaker applications to optimize laboratory workflows, enhance patient care outcomes, and drive complex initiatives. Responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team supporting Epic Beaker CP and AP applications, as well as integrated third-party solutions. Build strong relationships with clients and vendors while leading change management efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage expertise in Epic Beaker to optimize workflows, improve patient care, and manage complex projects.
  • Lead a high performing team, foster relationships with vendors, and effectively manage change initiatives to align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the strategic direction and management of the application team.
  • Leverage knowledge of Epic Foundation and Epic applications to optimize workflows and improve patient care.
  • Manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Foster strong relationships with other leaders, customers, and third party vendors to maximize the value of investments.
  • Effectively manage change initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.
  • Partners with connect program manager to assist in connect program development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or a related field; or an Associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
