About the Role

We are looking for a curious and enthusiastic candidate to join our Data and AI sub-team within the Tax Technology and Transformation team. You will help our clients transform how their tax functions operate by designing and deploying innovative technology solutions. Tax Technology is a fast-growing part of the PwC tax practice with a strong, growing, pipeline of opportunities. As a result, we are looking to build our team to meet the increasing demand from clients to help them deliver tax in a better way.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing data, automation and AI-enabled solutions that help clients improve the way they manage tax.
Leading or supporting discovery and requirements-gathering workshops.
Translating tax and finance challenges into technology solutions.
Overseeing solution design, development, testing and deployment.
Managing multidisciplinary teams of tax, data and technology specialists.
Leading proposals, demonstrations and client pitches.

Requirements

Experience of implementing tax and/or finance technology using AI, data analytics or automation solutions.
A strong understanding of accounting, and at least one area of tax.
A keen interest in technology, including emerging AI developments and learning new tools.
Understanding of process requirements gathering and design, particularly in a technology context.
Experience managing multiple projects.
Experience working with clients to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
