About the Role
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone, email, and other communication channels. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service while supporting business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and service requests accurately.
- Provide information regarding products, pricing, availability, order status, and shipment tracking.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Shipping, and other departments to resolve customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and activities within company systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met.
- Support account management activities by assisting with customer requests and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Meet established performance, productivity, and quality standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience Level
