About the Role

This senior individual contributor role focuses on defining and executing the strategy for AI-driven project management within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will own the product area, bridging the gap between sales, customer success, and engineering to build innovative agent-based workflows. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and wants to shape a new product category.

Responsibilities

  • Prototype ideas and write clear PRDs aligned with customer goals and jobs to be done.
  • Ship early versions to customers, gather feedback, and iterate based on usage.
  • Define AI agents, skills, and workflows that are extensible for users.
  • Design for system failures, including audit trails, permissions, and rollback mechanisms.
  • Use AI tools for discovery, documentation, and analysis while coaching other team members.
  • Conduct customer discovery to identify pain points and validate demand.
  • Map the buying group and run design-partner programs to pre-sell product visions.
  • Partner with sales on commercial strategy, pricing, packaging, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with engineering to define success criteria while respecting their ownership of technical implementation.
  • Measure post-launch adoption against success criteria to inform future roadmap iterations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of business-impacting decisions, such as winning deals or saving revenue.
  • Hands-on experience building prototypes using tools like Claude, Lovable, or Cursor.
  • Fluency in AI systems, including prompt design, LLM limitations, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong PRD writing skills focused on user goals and actionable requirements.
  • Comfortable engaging in sales conversations, discovery calls, and pitching to enterprise buyers.
  • Experience working in environments where product and engineering roles are clearly defined.
