About the Role
The Content Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the receipt and operational processing of materials, associated elements, and metadata from various suppliers. They will ensure all content elements and ancillary data are ready for onward delivery, working with other Content Operations teams to ensure programs adhere to Fremantle requirements and are processed to deadline. This role involves populating internal software tracking and material management systems, liaising globally with internal and external teams, and troubleshooting material or workflow challenges.
Responsibilities
- Process materials within Media Supply Chain architecture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date live system records.
- Ensure materials are delivered according to contract and specifications, managing exceptions.
- Book required edits with post houses and manage associated timelines.
- Meet all deadlines for delivery, dispatch, and return of materials.
- Prioritize tasks for 'live show' deliveries, potentially outside normal working hours.
- Proactively highlight legacy issues and manage transfer of catalogue delivery schedules with the MAM team.
- Troubleshoot late-running files and communicate daily with edit houses, localization operations, and internal clients.
- Update tools with metadata and documentation.
- Perform ad hoc tasks to support material coordination for campaigns, launches, and colleague cover.
Requirements
- Some experience in the Media Industry and content operations.
- Computer literate with previous use of Media Supply Chain systems.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Essential attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, prioritizing as needed.
