About the Role
Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers while maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the store interior and exterior.
Responsibilities
- Clean all store areas including floors, shelves, restrooms, registers, aisles, break rooms, backroom, and bottle return area
- Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Greet customers, make eye contact, and thank them upon fulfilling requests
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Perform floor maintenance including mopping and sweeping
- Respond to cleanup requests throughout the store
- Adhere to corporate, state, and federal sanitation standards
- Perform related duties as assigned by management
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Ability to work with approved cleaning chemicals
- Strong communication skills
- Basic literacy skills
- Basic computer skills
- Satisfactory performance reviews
