About the Role

The LifeCafe Supervisor oversees daily shift operations, ensuring a high-quality member experience. They motivate staff, monitor food quality and speed of service to create a positive environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic flow.
• Acts as daily shift leader, providing customer and team support.
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food preparation.
• Responds quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
• Night and weekend availability required based on business needs.
• 1-2 years of supervisor or manager experience with a food service or retail background in a high-volume atmosphere.
