About the Role
This role is crucial for supporting daily plant operations within Heidelberg Materials' Aggregates line of business. You will contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by assisting with equipment, material handling, and maintaining operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily plant operations, including equipment cleanup and material handling
- Support safe operation of machinery and perform basic equipment checks
- Maintain work areas to ensure a clean, organized, and hazard‑free environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production needs
- Follow all safety policies and contribute to a strong safety culture
Requirements
- Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast‑paced industrial environment
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist where needed
- Capability to operate or learn to operate basic equipment
- Reliable work habits, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

- $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
