About the Role

This role is responsible for safely performing assigned job duties while following company and union work practices, operating and maintaining equipment, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient daily operations and continuous improvement.

• Operate, maintain, and/or support equipment and processes to meet production goals.
• Conduct routine inspections and report safety, equipment, or operational concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient daily operations.
• Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

Salary/Compensations

• $24 to $26 per hour
