About the Role

This position oversees the entire customer service and parts experience, from appointment setting to finalizing the customer bill.

Responsibilities

• Greet, establish, and maintain a positive rapport with customers.
• Assist customers in determining needs and promote products accordingly.
• Run the parts counter.
• Estimate the cost of repair and prepare itemized service orders.
• Initiate service orders, secure customer signatures, and close when completed.
• Develop a keen understanding of all products and services.
• Understand effective service sales processes and actively seek sales opportunities.
• Maintain good communication with customers and follow up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and commit to exceeding customer expectations daily.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience is preferred but not required.
