About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Retail Media relevancy and the next generation of Sponsored Products monetization, adapting to evolving shopping experiences. You will ensure ads are highly relevant, trusted by shoppers and retailers, and ready for AI-driven discovery, while protecting and growing Retail Media revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sponsored Products relevancy, defining vision and roadmap for product surfacing in search and browse.
  • Balance relevancy, revenue, and user experience in product decisions.
  • Align paid ads with retailer organic experiences for relevancy consistency.
  • Experiment directly with clients and iterate based on feedback.
  • Work with data science and engineering to improve matching logic and monitor performance.
  • Enable monetization of new discovery and AI experiences by defining Sponsored Products appearance.
  • Clarify monetization appropriateness and necessary safeguards for native ad experiences.
  • Collaborate across Product, R&D, GTM, and Legal to pilot and scale roadmaps.
  • Act as the go-to PM for Retail Media relevancy questions and escalations.
  • Maintain clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and impact in a data-driven manner.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years in Product Management, ideally on search, recommendations, ads, or other ML-powered products.
  • Background in ad tech, ecommerce, marketplaces or Retail Media is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record owning complex, technical product areas end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working with data, experiments, and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Able to translate ambiguous, technical topics into clear problem statements and simple narratives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with engineering, data, design, sales, and clients.
  • Calm, structured, and pragmatic when dealing with high-visibility issues.

  • The Canada base salary pay range for this position per year is: In addition to the Canadian base salary, Criteo also provides a $71.00 work from home allowance.
