About the Role
The Brand Ambassador – Visual Merchandising creates engaging customer journeys through visual merchandising to cement the brand as a luxury performance lifestyle leader. You will embody Canadian Warmth, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining the brand's high standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute visual merchandising reflective of the brand
- Ensure visual standards elevate the customer journey
- Track and analyze product performance and KPIs to implement merchandising strategies
- Execute and maintain window installations to brand standards
- Lead and maintain styling of all visual displays
- Communicate product opportunities to store leadership and cross-functional partners
- Execute operating standards in partnership with store leadership
- Use register systems and operational tools accurately
- Maintain sales floor and stock room inventory
- Organize stock room and non-merchandise areas
- Support physical store maintenance and cleanliness
- Process shipments in a timely manner
- Deliver a superior customer journey reflective of Canadian Warmth
- Advise customers using expert product knowledge
- Drive conversion and units per transaction by introducing strategic categories
- Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment
- Participate in educational initiatives and strategies
- Seek feedback to improve performance and foster growth
- Demonstrate company values and behaviours in all interactions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years visual merchandising retail experience
- Proven track record of successful sales experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexible to work retail hours including standard, peak, and holiday shifts
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Adaptable to elements impacting the customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
