Join a dynamic team in Camden to provide memorable shopping experiences. As a key member of the shop floor, you will inspire customers and junior associates while maintaining high brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service with respect
- Develop and share thorough product knowledge with junior associates
- Act as a buddy to support new starter onboarding
- Maintain merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
- Stay current with market trends and brand positioning
- Follow all store and stock room operational procedures
- Support the management team with opening and closing processes
Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Passion for the brand, fashion, and retail
- Minimum 1+ year of experience on a fast-paced shop floor
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
