About the Role
Accuro, a division of Shoppers Drug Mart, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join their Implementations team. This role is crucial for coordinating multiple implementation projects, focusing on Accuro data migration for current clients, and ensuring a smooth data transition through effective coordination and communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation project resources and activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation in Salesforce.
- Manage issue escalation and resolution.
- Understand QHR’s product functionality and processes.
- Ensure client expectations are met with a high degree of quality.
- Facilitate inter and intra-departmental communication with Data, Client Services, and Finance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes and delivery.
- Promote QHR’s “Blue Culture” framework.
- Contribute to the organization’s positive image.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Project Management experience.
- Ability to work independently and cohesively in a remote team environment.
- Effective and proven interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with above-average organizational and follow-up skills.
- Confident in implementing medium-sized clinics.
- Commitment to working towards Project Management certification (PMP, CAPMP, PMI-ACP) within 24 months.
