About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator serves as a central operational partner across Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Editorial, Social, Partnerships, PR, and Experiential, helping drive organization, coordination, and communication across marketing initiatives. This role supports the day-to-day workflow management behind campaigns, partnerships, events, PR, and brand activations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a central coordination partner across Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Editorial, Social, PR, Partnerships, and Experiential initiatives
- Support execution and organization of integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, events, activations, and editorial initiatives
- Help manage project timelines, approvals, deliverables, scheduling, and cross-functional communication across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Maintain organizational visibility across projects, ensuring teams remain aligned on deadlines, approvals, next steps, and deliverables
- Assist in improving operational workflows, tracking systems, and organizational processes to support growing marketing initiatives
- Coordinate communication with external brand partners, agencies, vendors, talent, PR teams, and collaborators
- Support partnership and event execution through timeline management, asset gathering, approvals, logistics coordination, and follow-through
- Manage image, copy, quote, and creative asset requests across campaigns, partnerships, events, editorial, and PR initiatives
- Help facilitate partnership agreements, routing approvals and coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed
- Support guest list organization, vendor coordination, shipping logistics, and operational needs for events and activations
- Support product sourcing and procurement workflows across photoshoots, campaigns, events, partnerships, PR placements, and social/editorial initiatives
- Coordinate vendor outreach regarding product availability, timelines, approvals, shipment tracking, and returns
- Maintain organized records of product requests, vendor contacts, shipments, tracking information, and sourcing documentation
- Assist in streamlining procurement and sample trafficking workflows across teams
- Coordinate invoice tracking, submission, and follow-through with internal finance and external vendors/partners
- Help manage documentation, contracts, approvals, and organizational systems across marketing initiatives
- Support preparation of campaign recaps, presentations, executive summaries, reporting documents, and internal planning materials
- Assist in maintaining select project trackers, calendars, and organizational tools (Asana, spreadsheets, timelines, etc.) in close coordination with the Brand Operations Manager
- Conduct ongoing competitive and market research across design, interiors, hospitality, luxury retail, and media
- Gather and synthesize customer, campaign, social, and partnership insights to support brand strategy development
- Assist in preparing campaign recaps, executive summaries, strategic presentations, and reporting materials
- Monitor emerging design trends, cultural moments, and industry conversations relevant to the Lumens customer
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand operations, production coordination, partnerships, PR, procurement, or integrated marketing
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable coordinating across creative, editorial, marketing, vendor, and partnership teams
- Passion for design, interiors, architecture, fashion, and luxury storytelling
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint, Excel and project management tools such as Asana
- Experience working with luxury, interiors, fashion, hospitality, or editorial brands
- Interest in brand strategy, customer insights, or cultural trends
