About the Role
This role serves as a senior strategic partner for a prominent automotive client, owning the strategic direction and commercial success of the account. The focus is on connecting business goals to high-impact media execution, ensuring performance media investments drive measurable outcomes through full-funnel omnichannel strategies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary senior strategic contact and trusted advisor for automotive client stakeholders.
- Integrate digital platform analytics with client CRM and dealer sales data to establish a unified view of business outcomes.
- Oversee the development and execution of full-funnel performance strategies across Search, Social, Programmatic, and Commerce media.
- Lead and guide channel activation teams to ensure tactical execution aligns with business KPIs.
- Line-manage and mentor the Performance Director while fostering a collaborative environment across the integrated account team.
- Manage account commercial health, profitability, organic growth, budget allocation, and forecasting.
- Drive adoption of advanced measurement, cookieless audience targeting, and testing roadmaps.
- Collaborate with brand planning, analytics, solutions, creative, and external agency partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience line-managing senior strategists and leading large, multi-disciplinary matrixed teams.
- Deep understanding of Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms.
- Mastery in designing connected, full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion.
- Exceptional ability to navigate complex client organizations and influence C-suite or VP-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics and integrating disparate data sources like CRM and offline sales data.
- Strong financial management skills including portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
