About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the welcoming face of our brand, embodying its essence and providing customers with high-level service throughout their shopping experience. Your role is crucial in creating inviting environments that showcase our brand's best qualities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and embody the brand.
• Provide high-level service to customers.
• Assist customers at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and on the shop floor.
• Process deliveries.
• Replenish stock.
• Merchandise garments on the shop floor.

• Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizing etc (preferable but not mandatory).
