About the Role
The Analytics team member will leverage a data-driven approach to decision-making, contributing to the design of data strategies that align marketing efforts with real-world business goals. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and serving as a key representative to external clients.
Responsibilities
- Design data strategies to tie marketing efforts to business goals
- Collaborate with Business Planning and Activation teams
- Support the Director and Analytics Manager with day-to-day client deliverables
- Design measurement plans based on client business needs
- Use data to create compelling narratives
- Work with the VP to build and execute analytics strategies
- Report directly to the VP of Analytics
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an Analytics capacity
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of Digital Media and Marketing/Advertising industries
- Experience with Python and R programming languages
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders
- Comfort presenting to senior-level clients
- Ability to develop frameworks and learning agendas
- Experience steering complex analytics projects
- Extensive experience with Ad Servers such as DCM
- Experience with digital media and analytics tools, measurement vendors, and BI software
- Experience with third-party research partners such as Nielsen, Kantar, DISQO, VideoAmp, Samba, or comScore
- Advanced Excel skills including macros, advanced formulas, and pivot tables
- Experience working with large data sets
- Understanding of online advertising media channels including Search, Display, DSPs, and Social
- Subject matter expertise in at least one online advertising channel
- Experience with two or more advanced analytics methods such as descriptive statistics, linear regressions, multi-touch attribution modeling, MMM, or cross-device measurement
